PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Starting Taylor Commercial Real Estate Inc. is a direct result of more than 20 years at CBRE and Cushman and Wakefield, two of the world’s largest commercial real estate companies. With a broad background in commercial real estate, my focus has been with regional and national representation of office and retail occupiers. My career began with Coldwell Banker in Newport Beach in 1969 in commercial brokerage and was centered on national tenant representation and development of retail and office properties in Orange and Los Angeles counties. Following that I and two partners formed RBT Development Company as principals and development partners. Now, as President of Taylor Commercial Real Estate, Inc., I will continue to represent office, retail and industrial clients in the lease, sale or purchase of commercial properties. In my varied real estate career, I completed over 900 separate real estate lease, build-to-suit, and purchase transactions both regionally and nationally.
I received my B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Southern California. My wife Jayne and I live in Coto de Caza, California.
